Theatre Updates

Ken Ludwig’s The Game’s Afoot has been cast and rehearsals have started. Join us this December for this hilarious holiday murder mystery! Tickets are available on our website now or by calling the box office at 810-441-9302

Our annual Trunk or Treat is coming up October 24th from 5 to 7 pm! We are still looking for some people to help pass out candy, so if you want to get into the Halloween spirit or if you have a theatre or business you want to join to hand out flyers along with candy, this is the perfect event to do so! Sign up to pass out candy here. We hope to see you there!

We’re looking for a Stage Manager to join our upcoming staged readings of "LAM" and "CHAMPAGNE PROBLEMS", two new Michigan playwright written shows performing in the first weekend of January! This will be a performance with minimal tech cues and a strong emphasis on the written text. If you've wanted to try your hand at stage managing, but wanted to start small (or have stage managed before but would like a more relaxed show to tackle) this would be an excellent opportunity! If you are interested reach out to Zach Wood at zach@flintcommunityplayers.com

Season Tickets

If you’ve come to more than one show in the past season, a Season Ticket may be right for you. Season Tickets give you 6 admissions to use anyway you like throughout the season. At $70, this saves you over $20 each season. With a purchase of a season ticket, you have the flexibility to come to every show, or you can save up your tickets to see a few shows multiple times, or even invite a few guests for a night out to a favorite play! Season Ticket holders also get their name in programs. Brand new this year, we’ve added the option to buy Season Tickets on our website. When you go to our website and click on “Tickets”, go to the “Season Tickets” tab and select your option. Once you’ve made your purchase you’ll get a coupon code to use to order your tickets for the shows of your choice.

In Memoriam - Eugene H. Miller

It is with sadness and a heavy heart that we share the passing of long time member of Flint Community Player, Eugene Miller.

Eugene Miller was a dedicated member of Flint Community Players, and one of our longest volunteers spanning a majority of the theatre's lifespan. Eugene served in many positions over the years from acting, to designing, to recent years where he was a long standing member on the FCP Board of Directors.

Eugene also was a constant sponsor of productions, lovingly dedicating each sponsorship to his parents Ralph J. and Amanda E. Miller. We are grateful for the years of contributions Eugene made to this theatre.
